A Small Change to the Survey

E-mail Print PDF

On the suggestion of some of the respondents, I've added the choice "Other" to the questions on whether one feels that proprietary software is either "illegitimate", "immoral/unethical" or "antisocial".

If you feel the available choices did not reflect your view, you can go back and retake the survey. Your responses will only be counted a single time.

Thanks to all who have participated so far, and please spread the word on this survey. I'd like to get as broad a cross-section of the community as possible. Accordingly, I've mentioned it on the general mailing list for the upcoming FOSDEM conference, the GNOME foundation-list, the FSF-Europe's Legal & Licensing Network list, as well as Twitter, identi.ca, Facebook and, of course, here. I've also provided the information to Simon Bridge, one of the moderators of the FSF's Community Response Team list.

I'd post it on Boycott Novell! but Roy won't allow me to.

Once again, the survey can be taken at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/F8DG25Q

The results so far can be viewed at http://bit.ly/74WQBI
